OEM MANUFACTURER’S GENERAL LIMITED WARRANTY
MOST PRODUCTS ARE WARRANTED TO BE FREE FROM DEFECTS IN WORKMANSHIP OR MATERIALS FOR A PERIOD OF (12) MONTHS OR MORE FROM INITIAL SALE DATE FROM THE OEM MANUFACTURER. THESE WARRANTY TERMS ARE PER THE EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER.
NON-COVERED ITEMS
- NO MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY COVERS NORMAL WEAR ITEMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BEARINGS, HOSES, GROUND ENGAGING PARTS SUCH AS, TEETH, BLADES, CUTTING EDGES, PILOT BITS, AUGER TEETH ETC.
- THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER MAINTENANCE, SERVICE OR ADJUSTMENTS.
- THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE DUE TO IMPROPER APPLICATION, INSTALLATION, ADJUSTMENT OR SETUP.
- THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER IMPROPER MODIFICATIONS OF PRODUCT.
- THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF ANY COMPONENTS HAVE BEEN DISASSEMBLED, I.E. PUMPS, GEAR BOXES, MOTORS.
WARRANTY STATEMENT
WARRANTY & RMA POLICY –IDT WILL FOLLOW ALL WARRANTY GUIDELINES SET FORTH BY EACH ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER. FORMS ARE PROVIDED TO SUBMIT DIRECTLY TO ALL MANUFACTURERS FOR RMA (WARRANTY) PROCESS. IDT WILL ASSIST BUT CANNOT “GUARANTEE” THE COVERAGE OFFERED BY EACH THIRD PARTY OEM MANUFACTURER. IDT IS NOT A “MANUFACTURER” OF ALL PRODUCTS WE SELL. WE DO NOT ASSIST IN WARRANTY WORK FOR MACHINES BOUGHT ANYWHERE BUT IDT.
LABOR FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF IDT. IN THE EVENT IDT IS ABLE TO PERFORM THE LABOR FOR WARRANTY-APPROVED REPAIRS, LABOR WILL BE CHARGED AT A RATE OF $110/SHOP HOUR AND ALL LABOR PERFORMED BY IDT MUST BE PERFORMED AT IDT’S SHOP IN MARBLE FALLS, TEXAS. IT WILL BE THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO GET THE ITEM TO BE REPAIRED TO IDT’S SHOP IN MARBLE FALLS. A TIMELINE FOR REPAIRS IS NOT GUARANTEED, BUT IDT WILL ENDEAVOR TO COMPLETE LABOR WITHIN FOUR TO SIX WEEKS OF RECEIPT OF THE DEFECTIVE ITEM FROM THE CUSTOMER AND RECEIPT OF ALL NECESSARY PARTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER. WE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE PERFORM ANY EMERGENCY REPAIRS OR DO ANY LABOR IN ANY LOCATION OTHER THAN OUR SHOP IN MARBLE FALLS, TX.
CUSTOMER HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS IDT WITH RESPECT TO ANY DAMAGE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE) CAUSED BY, RELATED TO, OR WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT SOLD OR SERVICE PERFORMED HEREUNDER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LABOR PERFORMED FOR WARRANTY PURPOSES OR OTHERWISE.
RGA (RETURNING GOODS AUTHORIZATION) POLICY
IF REPAIRS ARE REQUIRED, I DIG TX MUST OBTAIN A RGA NUMBER FROM THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AND PROOF OF PURCHASE. RGA AND SERVICES ARE RENDERED BY I DIG TX ONLY. ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF SHIPPING COSTS ON ANY ITEM RETURNED FOR REPAIR IS AT THE DISCRETION OF I DIG TX. ALL RETURNED PARTS MUST HAVE A RGA NUMBER WRITTEN CLEARLY ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE ALONG WITH A SERVICE REQUEST FORM AND THE DEFECTIVE PART. NO COD PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RGA NUMBER WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. RGA NUMBERS ARE ONLY VALID FOR 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. ALL REPLACEMENT PARTS SHIPPED OUT WILL NEED A DEPOSIT SECURED FROM CUSTOMER IN THE EVENT THE PART IS RENDERED NON-WARRANTY.
