TEXAS STATE SALES TAX

Transactions shipped within Texas State are subject to Texas State Sales Tax. Items picked up at our Marble Falls location are also subject to Texas State Sales Tax of 8.25%.

All out-of-state transactions, Texas Ag Timber permit holders, and Texas State Sales Tax and Use permit holders are TAX EXEMPT.  For Texas tax permit holders, there is a step in our shopping cart during checkout which allows you to choose “TAX EXEMPT” and upload your permit for our records.

HOW OUR SHIPPING WORKS

All orders exceeding $2,500 ship free freight (base shipping charges) in lower 48 to a COMMERCIAL address with forklift or dock.  These item will ship direct from our manufacturer (WE DO NOT SHIP FROM MARBLE FALLS HQ LOCATION) and may not require a “lead time” but often do.  In some cases a 3 week production lead time is “normal” and some manufacturers of complicated equipment require up to a 8 week lead-time.  We are happy to discuss that prior to your purchase, please call w/ any questions.  We do not determine if an address is COMMERCIAL, the freight company does based on USPS records.  If you do not have a business w/ Mon-Fri receiving hours (WITH A FORKLIFT OR LOADING DOCK) we suggest pick-up at closest freight terminal “WILL CALL”.  This way you can show up on your own timeline.  If you operate a business on your ranch, this does not automatically qualify you for COMMERCIAL shipping services… SORRY!  WE DO NOT SHIP FREIGHT TO RESIDENCES. If you require unique shipping services, please let us know, and we will hold your order and get back to you with an appropriate quote. Farms and construction sites that require special shipping services will also be quoted and billed separately prior to shipment.

Freight Damages and Lost Shipments

We do our best to choose the right LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers to deliver your order fast and efficient.  We have had the best success with the “Will Call” procedure at your local cross-dock. This allows you to show up and have the order forklifted into your truck or trailer on your schedule (check local cross-dock business hours).

In the rare case of receiving an item that has been damaged during transit, it is your responsibility to note any and all damage on the Bill of Landing (BOL), upon delivery.

In the equally rare case of a lost shipment, please notify us if you have not received your order in a timely manner. We stock the majority of items we advertise and sell, and pride ourselves on prompt, accurate shipments. If your order has been lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to find it. Please give us up to two weeks to notify the carrier of the issue and to locate your order. If after exhausting all avenues, and verifying with the carrier that your order is indeed lost, we will ship replacement item to you at no cost.

RETURNS

Customer Satisfaction & Service is our number #1 priority.  If you are not happy, we are not happy.  We want to see your repeat business and will do everything within our powers to do so.

All returned items will be assessed a restocking fee of 20% PLUS the cost of the initial shipping charges.  Any and all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.  We will process your refund check within 4-weeks of receiving the item, and in most instances your refund will be sooner.

We do not accept returns of used items.  If we receive a damaged, misused, or item with signs of operation (we can’t sell it as “new”), you will be notified.  No return will be processed in this instance.

If you need to return an item please email tom@idigtexas.com  We will need your name, invoice number, date of purchase, and reason for return.  Any return situations which occur outside of these parameters will be handled on a case by case basis.  We try to be reasonable!!!

MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES

 All equipment warranties offered are through the product manufacturer.  We will assist in processing any defective equipment warranty claims with diligence.
